Accessibility Statement

We invest great efforts in making our website accessible and see paramount importance in providing equal service to all our visitors, including people with disabilities.
According to data from the Central Bureau of Statistics, more than 1,600,000 people with varying degrees of disabilities live in Israel. Our company attaches great importance to making its website accessible for people with disabilities. An accessible website improves convenience and ease of use for people with disabilities.

Website accessibility assists the following groups:

  • People with visual impairments – from complete blindness, through partial vision impairment and color blindness, to those who wear glasses.

  • People with physical disabilities who experience motor difficulties in their hands, making it hard to operate a mouse.

  • People with hearing impairments who need subtitles when watching videos.

  • People with additional difficulties such as reading disorders, cognitive issues, learning disabilities, and more.

There is no doubt that the consumption of information from the internet is growing at an amazing rate in every area of our lives. An accessible website helps people with disabilities to browse and consume information and services, as well as benefits additional target audiences.

We use an auxiliary accessibility component (a graphic widget) designed to assist in making this website accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 2013, and the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, level AA.

Accessibility limitations and inquiries:

The website is dynamic and includes content management systems that use WYSIWYG editors. Therefore, certain parts of dynamic content pages may contain elements that the accessibility widget cannot fully adjust, and manual intervention in the site’s code may be required.

We continue to make great efforts to improve website accessibility. However, it is possible that some parts of the site are not yet fully accessible. If you encounter a problem or have any comments or questions, we would appreciate it if you let us know so we can fix it as soon as possible.

Additionally, the website may display content from third-party sites that have not yet been made accessible. While we cannot be responsible for third-party content, we are happy to receive your feedback and will do our best to contact those parties and draw their attention to the matter.

For accessibility inquiries, questions, clarifications, or suggestions, you can contact us through the Contact Us page on our website or contact the website owner to request accessible files.
